Delivery

Postage and packaging is FREE for UK Mainland Addresses. If you require 1st Class postage, please select the "UK First Class Postage" box on the product purchase page, this option adds £1 per item ordered.

For delivery to Overseas countries, please select the "Overseas Postage" box on the product purchase page.

Hair Loss Product Orders placed are processed the same day (except at weekends) and will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday - provided it's a working day.

While the Royal Mail aims to deliver 90% of 1st Class mail the next working day, this is not a guarantee.

Orders outside the UK are dispatched by Air Mail. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
