Postage and packaging is FREE to UK Mainland addresses for orders over £10. Orders under £10 are subject to a £2.50 postal charge. If you require next day courier delivery, please select the "UK Courier delivery" box on the product shop page, this option adds £5 per order.
Normal delivery is by Royal Mail Track and Trace which takes approximately 3-4 working days. Our Courrier service takes 24 hours. Orders placed before 12 noon are processed the same day (except at weekends). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday - provided it's a working day.
For orders outside the UK, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
We endeavor to deliver your orders on time, but circumstances beyond our control (strikes, bad weather etc) may occur and in these instances we are not able to guarantee our delivery service.
